Konami Yu-Gi-Oh Hero Strike Structure Deck

This is my favorite deck to run and is the reason I got back into Yu-Gi-Oh! My only advice if you're looking to run a Chaos and/or Masked Hero deck is to buy one of these and get the rest of the cards separately. Buying 3 of these is ridiculous because, in my opinion, it comes with a lot of useless cards and it'd be more expensive. Buy one of these to add to your collection and buy the rest of them separately (i.e. 2 more Form Change, 2 more Mask Change, 2 more Shadow Mist) because it will be cheaper that way. This is the deck I'm running right now and it's EXTREMELY consistent. The basic goal is to normal/special summon Shadow Mist so I can get out Anki and/or Dark Law. I can average about 1-2 fusion summons per turn with this deck since it's so consistent and fun!: MONSTERS (11): 3x Elemental HERO Shadow Mist -- > To use with Mask Change to summon Anki and/or Dark Law 1x Elemental HERO Neos Alius -- > Just a high powered E-Hero that can also be used with Mask Change 2x Goblindbergh -- > Special summon Shadow Mist from your hand so you can fusion or XYZ summon 2x Elemental HERO Bubbleman -- > Free monster if it's the only card in your hand + draw power + Absolute Zero 2x Summoner Monk -- > Special summon Shadow Mist or any other E-Hero 1x Thunder King Rai-Oh -- > After special summoning your Masked Heroes, prevent your opponent from special summoning. SPELLS (20): 3x Mask Change -- > Use with E-Heroes to special summon Masked Heroes 3x Form Change -- > Use to change a Masked Hero to another one of a different attribute. Can also be used to replace a hero who's been brought down by Fiendish Chain. 3x Reinforcement of the Army -- > Bring out E-Heroes/Goblindbergh to your hand faster. 1x E - Emergency Call 3x A Hero Lives 3x Mask Charge -- > Place Shadow Mist and a "Change" card from your graveyard to your hand 1x Raigeki 1x Book of Moon -- > Useful for evading opponent's powerful summons or on your own monsters to get rid of opponent's effect cards like Fiendish Chain 2x Miracle Fusion -- > Use this to bring out Chaos who is pretty useful in cancelling out effects TRAPS (9): 2x Fiendish Chain 2x Call of the Haunted -- > Bring back Shadow Mist 2x Mirror Force 1x Vanity's Emptiness 1x Crush Card Virus -- > Has saved me a lot. Always been a yu gi oh fan but dropped off after a few years and decided to pick up playing again after master duel dropped for all platforms. Trying to find the decks I used to use 10+ years ago has been a hassle but this deck has the classics I remember plus some of the newer cards which are also fantastic! It does say the cards you get on the packaging and no missing cards here. Highly recommend for newer players,old school players or just people who wanna have fun.

If you want to enhance your elemental hero deck. This is a nice add with good cards.

Recently got back into Yu-Gi-Oh! And bought this structure deck and as a whole it's a solid deck but it comes with a bunch of individual components that really shine, for example dark law, shadow mist (need 3 comes with 1) bubble man, summoner monk, mask change (need 3 comes with 1) a hero lives comes with 1 need 2-3 all these are really solid staples in a hero deck no matter what you want to do with it, but I recommend getting the extra copies of the card individually as it would be cheaper. This deck is a great start to anything hero and I highly recommend it. Also came fast and in great condition everything was sealed and cards were in great shape!

Great buy for those who play HERO decks

While not the strongest structure deck, it's a good one to get to ease into the game. The Hero archetype is a fairly popular one that many like, and this one has the Masked Heroes in them (in relation to Yu-Gi-Oh GX, this is Jaden Yuki's deck in the Manga). Around $18 (as of this review) is about the price of a structure deck, and you get a good amount of cards to get you started. For those looking to get into tournament play, you'd need to typically buy at least 3 of these to get 3 of specific cards (e.g. Mask Change Spell Card; you get one per Structure Deck). If looking to gift this, I'd say it's a pretty good gift if you person receiving it is wanting a fun archetype to play with. However, if you're looking for something maybe more meta, you'll want to wait for better structure decks to come (at the time of this review, the next upcoming structure deck, Albaz Strike, is a really strong structure deck that would be better to buy into than this older one). Overall, while Hero Strike is honestly a fun deck to play with, it's not exactly meta and not as strong as it used to be. The Hero archetype itself requires some investment to make it good, so getting this is more something you'd get if you want a fun deck.

Nice modern hero deck with masked heros focus. Not first edition though.

After a few years I decided to get back into collecting and dueling. I remember loving Eheros and I remembered correctly. A few other reviews mention to buy two or three copies of the deck so you can get those important staple cards and it’s very true. I Also recommend adding cards like EHero blazeman and generic fusion cards like EHero absolute zero, neos knight, Gaia. Cards like Xtra hero Dread decimator honest neos are also really valuable cards to have and make it a really fun deck to take on more meta decks. It just adds more options without limiting your play. I was worried that buying on Amazon would have a risk of fake cards or re-sealed packs but this is legit. Remember that anything that shows “fulfilled by Amazon” means Amazon themselves handles it and you can return it there are any problems. All in all I’m happy!
