I have read countless books on Leadership. But this is the right book to know what leadership is. Most other authors say random things about leadership to fill up 200+ pages. But Fred never disappoints when he releases any book. It’s only 56 pages in the Hardcover version and 85 pages in paperback version. Every single page is filled with actionable points. Rather than just reading the book, Fred makes you think deeper and change your perceptions, beliefs and mindset easily. I would strongly suggest practicing what Fred asks you to do until you become a higher version of yourself. This book is all about you ‘BEING A LEADER’. The book will make you realize what is needed to be a leader in your life, career and business. The best way to use this book is to stop and think deeply at various points. And then, write down what you think in your diary.
