This is an investment for many years to come.  Super duper solid.  So solid I would not recommend for moving around, but for becoming part of your home.  It's more expensive, but it's WORTH IT - made in the USA and great quality.  You will not regret spending more on this vs. disposable junk.

These steps are very well made, like a piece of furniture.  The oak stain matches my other furniture.  I placed these steps in the family room so my older cats could get on the couch and sit with me.  The only recommendation I have is to make the steps a few inches deeper.  My older, blind in one eye cat has a little trouble going down the steps.
