I might have been paying slightly more for each fixing (lower economies of scale) but it was worth getting this set.Brilliant plasterboard fixing kit. It comes with four appropriately sized drill bits and dot-and-dab undercutting tools. This is great and saves so much time versus getting separate purchases. It all comes in a bucket, so you can replenish the fixings with more when you run out, and all your tools will be in one storage container.There are four sets of 25 fixings and bolts/screws so should be enough to get started.Regarding the fixings themselves (rather than this bucket item):1. The plastic insert that is turned (with a flat head screwdriver) to spread out the wings feels fairly weak and deforms slightly. It worries me that I won't be able to use the fixing again and sometimes won't be able to take the stress of being forced open fully. However, nothing bad has happened so far, so maybe this is an unjustified worry.2. I've installed 5cm thick, 30cm deep and 1.2m long reclaimed sleeper board shelvew, sat on a pair of cast iron L brackets, each L bracket has two fixing points. I used the brown ones for each (4no in total). Holds solid although the shelf is only loaded with a few pots and pans, but firms really firm.3. Also used for 32" TV bracket cantilever arm and it holds firm. Only issue was the builders work of the plasterboard, gap behind was shallow and on dot-and-dab, which meant I made the hole bigger than the fixing, but luckily I could use the next-size-up fixing.
