This was my first purchase of resistance bands - and these are a great value for a low price. They are perfectly sized and the 5 "levels" offer long-term use. A great addition to physical therapy tools.

This set has 5 different bands that are varying in strenght. I am in physical therapy for my knees and these are a real help to keep the exercises going on the days that I am not seen at the PT office.

The bands are not too flimsy nor too stiff so I'd say they are pretty good quality considering the price. The lightest band when I use it for arm exercises does roll up in my hand at certain angles but that's expected for rubber bands. If it rolls up, I just use it as is with it rolled up like a resistance band and it still works out my muscles fine and it's easy to unroll it afterwards.

These Bands are convenient , you can take these anywhere . My only complaint is they do ride up and twist and bind while doing some exercises . They do provide good resistance if looking for a band suitable for a band workout .

So, I used these as a three legged race/basketball game. It worked perfect, they did not break, they were strong and exactly what i needed for.

This was a great purchase. These bands are awesome and get the job done. The different tensions make for great variety in my workout. These are really nice quality. I just bought a 2nd set to have in hand, as well. UPDATE: I purchased another set just days after the first because I was so happy with the quality. I open the package and notice immediately it’s been opened. Each band is out of the original packaging. So I look at them thinking, ok maybe someone just didn’t like them, no biggie. NO! they have been USED! I wipe a band off with a paper towel and they’re NASTY. Someone used them and then returned them. The company sold a used product to me. They didn’t even check it. I tried washing them in a water and mild detergent solution in my sink to sanitize them because I needed them. Now they’re all sticky and hard to use. I’m really disappointed in the quality control.

Son muy buenas, fue una compra de mi esposa, pero realmente si funsionan, actualmente uso una yo y son muy resistente y comodas.

I'm not sure why these bands have good reviews and high ratings. I'm giving mine to goodwill because they barely provide any resistance at all. I guess if you're truly a beginner they may be useful.
