The goopy stuff is mixed with a gel and doesnt penetrate. a litle goes along way with this product. I think people are used to the goopy stuff and think this is too thin...my results in a golf cart and 6 batteries tells me its working perfectly and the stuff really does get into area the other goopy stuff cant. I think some of the bad reviews are people trying to compare it to other product and welp...thats not too bright. Once i cleaned all my batteriews and posts then sprayed this on them....the thing looks the same as the day i cleaned them.
