This pillow works great for me and the results are undeniable
This pillow works great for me and the results are undeniable. I have sleep apnea and this helps more than anything I have ever tried, including CPAP. The sleep apnea affected my sleep so badly that I was experiencing severe fatigue and short term memory loss. It was affecting every aspect of my life, and I felt like my mind was slowly deteriorating, which is s scary thing. After using this pillow, my sleep improved dramatically and those symptoms disappeared. I always try to sleep on my side, but occasionally I end up on my back. When that happens, this pillow keeps my head tilted back and allows air to flow better, rather than conventional pillows that keep your head tilted down and your chin pressed more towards your chest. The only downside of the pillow is that it flattens out over time and needs to be replaced roughly every six months for maximum benefit, but $60 for 6 months of good sleep is a price I am definitely willing to pay.

The pillow is good quality material
The pillow is good quality material, etc. Since I sleep on both sides and my back in any given night but I have to be one one of my sides in order to fall asleep, this pillow doesn't work for me because there's not enough room for your head on the sides. I think it is much better for back sleepers than side sleepers. I use it as a back support when I am sitting up in bed reading or watching TV or movies. It works well for that.

NOT GOOD FOR SIDE SLEEPERS BUT GREAT FOR PEOPLE IF THEY ARE A BACK SLEEPER
Unless you are a solid back sleeper this is not the pillow for you. I tried but I am a side sleeper and the little wing they say to lay Creek on is so small it just made it so uncomfortable

"Cervical Linear Traction" pillow is better
I recently purchased the cervical linear traction pillow from the same company. That pillow is wonderful, and has done wonders for my chronic neck and low back pain. I tried to buy one for my mom, but didn't read the description closely enough, and ended up with this instead. This one has a square recess in the center of the pillow, and the surrounding "poof" is too high compared to how low the middle recess goes. It is too uncomfortable to use. This other pillow, the "cervical linear traction" pillow, however, because of the triangular shape of the recess, and the V of the traction area, make it much more comfortable and it works wonders for neck pain and for keeping you in the proper alignment during sleep. Get that one instead of this.

seems to be effective
seems to be helping my neck pain. takes a bit of getting used to. I am not sure if it is the pillow itself or the fact that i forces me to sleep on my back and not all kinked up. Either way, I have not had to see my chiropractor.

Excellent pillow
My neck had been aching for weeks. It hurt when I slept and was like a crick in the neck during the day. This pillow took the strain off of it almost immediately. My wife who did not have any neck pain loves it too. My neck has felt great since receiving it. Good for back and side sleeping.

neck areas a little too thick for me
i should have ordered a small instead of a medium as i find that the neck widths are too wide for me. i do use the pillow - i use only the narrower neck width side, and it's ok. could not use the wide side at all. i may order a size small to see if it feels more comfortable. it's a well made pillow, but the description should give more detailed info about how to order correct size for your neck. i am a small person, 5'2", and do not have a long neck - just a regular size neck, so perhaps that is why it does not feel totally comfortable. but it is definitely more comfortable than other pillows that i used in the past and had to keep readjusting off and on all night long.

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
This pillow DID NOT help mY neck pain at all. As a matter of fact it made it worse. So I sent it back & got a refund.. I WOULD NOT recommend this pillow to any one.
