Can you buy extra tips in order to make different size caulk streams. (1/8, 1/4, 1/2 inch)?

Can you put morter mix in tube?

I did a tile job with it, but not for the mortar (which I used notched trowels) but I did use it for the grout. Filled the tile gaps completely, seemed like less sponge clean-up of the grout and I probably wasted less grout. However, the caulk gun is awkward in tight spaces (around the toilet) had to soft trowel the grout there. Also, reloading was tricky, filling the tube without big air bubbles to have to burb, and by the third time the grit from the grout was making it hard to separate the sections. I was trying to just use one unit, my spares were at another location. It's about 50-50 whether I will grout that way again. Smaller job, maybe.

What is the diameter of these tubes at its widest point? Want to make sure they work in a pneumatic gun.

The tubes are standard size. The cap at it's widest point is 2 1/16" in diameter. Thanks Scott

Could these be used with grease?

Yes. while I have never done it, I've always thought it would be great to get grease into unusual or large areas.
