how water resistent is it

Its not submersible,.. I do know that. That said I ve had this for years ,... i believe 6 yrs now and while Ive never dropped it in water I have had it in the rain,.. several times and it has been just fine. If your lookin for a everyday carry small flashlight,.. this ones hard to beat,. Olight S1R Baton is also great and may be more inline w/ what you want. It is a float charging unit also,.... hope that helps...
