it's not a wrap, it's a band, with interior to hold your pouch, and you can wear small undies beneath. I used normal, full brief tankini for swimming. I don't do anything special. N

Does this wrap impede or impact the flow of bag urine/poop to the bottom of the ostomy bag?

The Corsinel wraps do not significantly impede/impact the flow to the bottom of the ostomy bag. We also know that 'pancaking' or having the sludge stay at the top of the bag, around the stoma, can be reduced by using a lubricating deodorant on the top of the pouch. Also, emptying the bag when it is 1/3 full is the best way to limit leakage.
