Is this compatible to removing & re-attaching every day/365 days a year?** A: Yes you can remove and reattache it. Only the small flat disk needs to be left in place. **Q: Is the sticky base removable? If not, is the suction cup good enough to hold it without the base?** A: I never uses the base but the suction cup held really well on my window. I had it in a semi and it got rattles pretty hard and never came off as long as you had clean glass when mounted. If your dash is not smooth it may not stick that well. **Q: I need to remove the windshield mount every day when I park. Is this compatible to removing & re-attaching every day/365 days a year?** A: I only removed the radio each day, not the entire unit. Needed to keep it out of the sun. The adjustable arm is approximately 4” long, and the overall length is about 6”. I had to mount this sideways to fit the space, and so far, the adhesive on the mounting disc is strong enough to hold it without issues.
