I have repaired few light fabrics, curtains, etc. It performed well.This has working light which is sufficient to thread the needle. The threading procedure is simple and some YT videos are available. The bobbin winder works well. The selector knob works well, but before using it rotate hand dial to lift needle at top most position, otherwise needle or pattern changer mechanism or both may break. Remember to thread the needle from front to back when the needle is lifted and pull the string form bobbin at 10'o clock position , also notice that the bobbin is rotating in clockwise direction ( if not flip the bobbin) and pull both threads approx 10 cm, close the bobbin cover and you are ready for sewing.This has 6 watts motor, so don't expect more from it. I got all accessories with this. Do not use it for extensive sewing or on regular basis. It is not designed for extensive use.
