I have an enlarged Prostrate and Prostasan capsules give me better bladder control than basic Saw Palmetto and I only take one per day.

Noted a definite improvement, they are quite low at 320mg and you can buy 900mg from H&B which are also better value, so switching over to see how that works out

I advise patients to use this brand and especially the capsules . They are relatively expensive but a quality product.... Because of postal problems believed Amazon were a better delivery. On receipt I was suspicious of the claim of 90 capsules. So I opened and counted and there were only 82. You may say , so what, but this represents a loss to the buyer of approx. £4 Plus it is not what it says on the description. Initially I spoke to the Vogel and after a day they said it was "nothing to do with them and I should contact Amazon , who are the sellers" Customer relations is no longer Vogel's forte So if you order you may find the same. Make it known

I've been taking this product for some time and I can honestly say I have not noticed any marked difference in my condition. I take Prosatsan alongside a prescription capsule that is supposed to do the same job - to stop the older man from having to get up 5 times in the night to go to the loo. Currently I am only needing to get up once or twice, some nights not at all. However is that the prescrition capsule or Prostasan? I don't know. Maybe I'll stop taking one or the other to see if either makes a difference if taken separately. I am deeply sceptical of herbal or natural remedies as the information leaflets are full of weasal words like 'may help to' 'could help with' etc because they cannot definitely say the product 'will' because they don't know.

I have been using this product for only the last month having purchased it locally & realizing some benefit ordered the larger size; which worked out cheaper even taking P&P into consideration. The product arrived promptly but one end of package was not properly fixed--hence 5 stars for product, 3 stars for cardboard packaging.

The product seems to be effectively meeting expectations. I am hopeful it will be similar to the product I had been able to obtain in my home country. It must be taken with food like bread or pasta, or one will find it most distasteful.
