Quality and Durable Product with Excellent Customer Service
I wasn't sure which weight I should get between the 70 lb. or 50 lb. one, so I opted for the 70 lb. one. My first impression after taking it out of the box is that it's pretty big, and feels very strong and durable; it wasn't flimsy and didn't feel cheap at all, as I was a little skeptical of when ordering. So, if you're on the fence about ordering, know that this feels durable and strong, and should be a long-lasting product... The thing you need to figure out when ordering is trying to get the right weight for you. After trying the product out I had a hard time pulling the bars all the way for the chest exercise. I could still get a work-out, but I was hoping to be able to consistently get a full extension when using. The item came with a card that said if the resistance is too much or too little, to send an email and they will take care of you... So, I contacted customer service and told them the resistance for the 70 lb. bar was a bit too much for me, and around 24 hours later they responded back and told me they would ship out the 50 lb. bar. So, the 50 lb. bar arrived just a few days later, and it's easier to use and I can get a full extension on the chest exercise, but it's still pretty strenuous; or at least it is for me. But I think the more I use it, the stronger I'll get, therefore the easier it will be to use... I honestly think they should make a 30 lb. bar, as I think that would still provide a strong workout for some; at the very least it would be a great tool to use for toning-up. I have suggested this to customer service, and they said they will take that into consideration. I think this company is trying to produce a product that will eventually become a common household product, and with some adjustments, such as a 30 lb. bar being added to the store, I could see that happening.

Fantastic.
From the moment I unboxed this spring-loaded resistance trainer, I could tell it was engineered with care and quality. The build is solid, sleek, and designed for real results — not just another gimmick. The springs provide smooth, consistent tension throughout the entire range of motion, and the adjustable resistance makes it versatile enough for everything from targeted rehab exercises to full-on strength training circuits. Whether I’m working arms, chest, back, or core, I feel the burn — in the best way! Here’s where things got even better: I initially had an issue dialing in the resistance level to match my current fitness goals. I reached out to customer service thinking I’d be lucky to get a reply within a few days. Not only did they respond within hours, but they were genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

Dynamic resistance builds muscle fast!
I might like this to feel a little sturdier and I'd like it to have replaceable springs (what do I do after I wear the springs out?). But this definitely has built my chest faster and better than push ups or dumbbells. Also, it has built tendon strength and my stubbornly puny forearms in a way that weightlifting has not been able to do. Even the exercises that may look and feel a little silly build upper arm and back strength faster and better than my experience with dumbbells and with less chance of injury (I think). I'm a 165 pounds, fit, with clear muscle definition in my upper body, who works out a few times a week at least--the beginning level was fine for me, so unless you're a bigger guy or a former gymnast or wrestler or a true gym rat, you're probably good with the beginner level.

Good addition to my fitness tools.
It works if you work with it.

Kinda noisy but works the chest and arms great. The lil engine that could.
Seems to be working, but the spring system is kind of loud but otherwise it’s worth it for the fast workout it provides my chest and arms feel stronger already and it’s only been about two weeks.

Nice resistance training adjunct.
I have been resistance training for over 40 years, primarily with weights. But every so often I like to mix it up just for the mental break and novelty of trying something different. This exerciser fits the bill. A different way of training the chest and bi/triceps, not as useful for back, but versatile enough for a good work out. The unit is well made, sturdy and comfortable to use. Beware of the resistance level advertised. I consider myself strong - but 70 lbs. is a lot! Especially when you consider most of the exercises are going to be done with 1 arm (biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc.) I would check the ego and go one level lower then you think. For an average man who has not done much resistance training I would definitely look at the 50 lb. resistance. Also, I cannot say enough about the company's customer service, they really worked with me to get the right resistance. Thank you Gofitness!

Extremely satisfied with GOFITNESS
The original machine I purchased was too hard for me. I contacted GOFITNESS and they immediately sent me an easier version at no cost AND let me keep the original purchase. I have never worked with a company that did this so readily. The machines are excellent. Solid and well made. I am extremely happy with the purchase and the manufacturer. In the future, I would absolutely buy additional equipment from GOFITNESS.
