Egg whites separated from the yolks are handy for preparing healthy-style omelets, angel food cake, meringues, mousses, and more. The sturdy and contemporary looking Yolk-O-Mizer features four parts: a stable base in cheery yellow with egg-shaped indentations at the bottom to hold up to 4 egg yolks; a flexible, easy-squeeze translucent cover that seals tightly when affixed to the base; and a removable yellow spout with removable brush tip that can be used to apply egg wash onto pastries before baking.
