Just the right amount of flex, and it cruises very well. I tweaked the trucks for fun and feel, but it really was ready roll right out of the box. It is a great looking board with a great amount of clear sand grit on the top of the deck that does not deter from the look of the board. It looks just like the picture. For fun, I tested another set of softer cruiser wheels on it, and I went back to those that came on it. Just the right amount of hardness to make the board perform as you would want.
