my 2cents about this product to help anyone interested in buying it. I started taking this when I first started working out. Added to a well-thought out diet, continuing weight training, this stuff has helped my body feel amazing. lived in body. Whatever gets you through the day, no?Taking this every day, even when not working out has helped me build muscle in combination with lifting heavy and eating more protein. Flavor: I like the taste of this.

Great product from UK takes a few days to arrive but it’s worth the wait

Great quality creatine that does exactly what it’s supposed to... I think. Could be in my head and this isnjust flour made to fool me. BUT the powder is very fine, mixes easily in water. I just take it dry then drink water. It tastes of nothing! I’ve found it consistent and effective for supporting strength and recovery during training. Reliable product and good value for the quality.

Took nearly a month to get to me, so look out for that, but significantly better value than anything I could get at my local popeyes/gnc. This product is good for 100 days/ ~$50 (~3+ months) compared to the creatine sold at popeyes (~$30 for a months supply). Overall, I would recommend the product for somebody who's planning in advance and maybe needs to reup their creatine as great value for the product, but overall can't give it 5 stars because of how long it took to get here.

I’ve been using this Reflex Nutrition Creapure creatine daily for just over two months, and it’s been excellent. The powder is completely unflavoured, mixes easily into water or a shake, and doesn’t leave any grit or aftertaste. I’ve noticed a real difference in my recovery and overall strength since starting it, and because the tub lasts such a long time, it feels like great value. No fillers, no extras, just straightforward creatine that does exactly what it should. For me, it’s become a staple supplement I’ll keep coming back to.
