First, I knew I was running out of my current eyeliner, and the price was certainly right! And at the time, I only needed to add a few more dollars to an order, so it was perfect. I figured that if this eyeliner worked well, I would gladly purchase a few more because there is no way I could get it this cheap in a brick and mortar store around here.It is just your basic eyeliner pencil that you need to sharpen with a sharpener when it gets dull. I'm used to the twist-up eyeliners, but I guess for under two bucks that's not going to happen. So no big deal. But I found this product to be much lighter than expected. Meaning, I have to apply it and then apply it again and maybe even a third time to get it as dark as it should be. If I press harder, then it irritates my eye. Once it is on, it seems to stay on pretty well, but it's not really easy getting it on. Maybe I am spoiled with my other eyeliner, but for me, it is really worth the extra cost to get a higher quality product.
