Will this work on 14/4 CL3 speaker wire?

Not really. You would be better off with a quality box cutter. This is very much for electrical wire. It also does not work well for Cat 5,6,7 or 8 wire.

Will this strip off the outer shell of 14/3 NM ?

I doubt it... The wire has to be nice and flat to run the cutter up. Works good on 14-2 and 12-2 only if you catch the cutter just right under the sheathing. Since 14-3 is bundled and "round" it would be difficult to use this. The old clamshell stripper isn't much better. I very carefully use a razor knife when doing the 14-3.

Will it work on 10-3 12-3 o14-3 wire?
