Saves a ton and hasn't broke yet under tork! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is made in Germany and comes in a cool DeWalt yellow twist case *by W***E on July 21, 2017* Folks, the picture does not do justice. This thing is HUGE, one serious hunk of steel. It is made in Germany and comes in a cool DeWalt yellow twist case. I have only used it once, to chuck a 36" x 3/4" SDS Plus bit, but it worked perfectly and the heft and craftsmanship of the adapter leave no doubts whatsoever about its durability. When buying locally, SDS Plus bits seem to be cheaper and more plentiful than SDS Max bits. That said, if I know I'm going to use a bit a lot, I will order and wait for the proper SDS Max bit, but it's nice to have flexibility and access to cheaper SDS Plus bits.
