Affordable & Works As Expected
Not as powerful as I thought it would be, but it’s an electric pressure washer & it is better than others we have tried. Did an amazing job cleaning off our aluminum patio cover-looks like new again, so I’m definitely happy with that! Not the best at washing concrete, but it did make it look about 85% better. Going to wash the car with it later, and I’m expecting it to do what I need it to. If you're looking for something more powerful, gas is probably your best bet. If you’re looking for affordable, easy to use, decent at cleaning what needs to be cleaned outside-this is your best bet. All in all, I’m happy with it.

Worked once, then nothing
I bought this one year ago to clean my deck. Used it, worked great, packed it up in our garage till today when I went to clean the deck to prep for spring and the plug on the washer, the piece that plugs into an outlet, no longer works. My husband luckily had another plug and is currently switching it out now so hopefully that works otherwise this will be one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.

Good for small jobs. Terrible for anything else.
Don’t expect this to do a lot. If you are just washing cars or small cleanup jobs, fine. But if you expect to clean an entire patio or driveway, garbage. Mine overheats and will stop producing pressure after about 20 minutes of use. Not to mention, the pressure is low enough that I have to make several passes over the same 2-4 inch section.Good for cars and small jobs.Terrible for everything else.

So far, so good
I felt I was taking a bit of a chance going with a hitherto un-reviewed product. On the other hand we have just bought a new car, so money is a bit tight, and I was saving approx $30 on its similarly rated competitors. Everything went smoothly in terms of assembly, until the final moments of assembling the lance. There I struggled mightily! The instructions indicate to fit the sprayer side into the handle side, and there's text reading "clockwise" ... so I was fitting the sprayer side INTO the handle, and try as I might, nothing would make the sprayer move in a clockwise direction. Then each time I tried turning on the water, the lance would come apart in my hand! Of course more technically competent people than I would have realized that it was the HANDLE side that was meant by the "clockwise" instruction, but I am a literal soul, and the thing I was manipulating was what I was bound and determined to get to move clockwise. Somewhere along the path a moment of enlightenment eventuated, I turned the part I was manipulating ant-clockwise against the handle, and voila, had a working power washer. Two minor incidents followed, both related to my own clutzyness... I failed to make certain that the hose from the washer was firmly seated in in the handle, so the first time I opened the faucet on the garden hose I got a flood I wasn't anticipating. The I ALSO failed to check that the spray nozzle was firmly seated in the lance, and so shot my new car with a spray nozzle! Reader, you might be seeing a pattern here. In my defense, I am being treated for brain cancer (doing well) ... but it's the part of my brain that deals with spacial concepts that has been most affected, so I struggle more than most with instructions that are diagrams and not words. Enough of the personal stuff...The washer runs like a dream. Once assembled correctly, NO leaks, drips etc. The long, designed-with-safety-in-mind electric cable and wall plug, easily reached a power point safely outside of the water zone. I used the 25% nozzle and got a sustained and powerful (but not too powerful for its purpose) spray, that made washing the car a breeze. It's compact and very easy to maneuver. I find it very easy to lift and carry. Were someone to find it too heavy to lift, it wheels easily. The hose & the electric cable are stored neatly with the unit. It's my first time using it, obviously I can't comment on reliability. On the other hand, as I said... no leaks or drips. So I'm very satisfied with this power washer at present. I'm glad I chose this washer.A star off, because I feel the documentation, could and should, be better written. What use is it, I wonder, to have engineers designing a good product that works well, then skimping on finding a person who has the skills necessary to prepare a document that explains how to assemble and use the same product?

Pump does not come on. No pressure its third use.
Could have used more instructions on the plug component. It has a red light. If it is on, is that good or bad? It has a test button which does not work. It has a reset button which does nothing. There is no pressure in the washer. Received in March and used to wash house and patio stones in April. Had to hit the reset button more than once and tried plugging it into a different outlet. Put it away until nowl July 3. NO PRESSURE at all. No reset. No test. Just a little plastic water hose extender. It is useless to me.

It’s exactly what I’ve been needing
This pressure washer is exactly what I’ve been needing! I flip houses and most of them require the exteriors to be pressure washed. I love that this one is light weight but still powerful but not so much that it blows the siding off the house. It definitely gets the job done and the different nozzles are perfect for wide range or small for every size crevice. I highly recommend this for home use.

Garbage
This item is garbage. Worked well the first couple times and after that it wouldn’t turn on when switched on. I would have to leave it on and sometimes it would take up to an hour to reset itself. It’s cheap garbage, save yourself the time and effort
