The english instructions are not that great to be honest. It took about one to two hours to do my hair. I almost lost all the leave in conditioner because it's like water and I almost poured it all in my hand in the first go. It also has the temp in Celcius instead of Fahrenheit. But the flatiron should be between 350-365 F. After I finished my hair was dry, frizzy, smelly, and stiff as hay. I almost cried and it only got worse as the two day wait to wash went by. BUT, after two days I washed my hair and the hard brittle frizz that was my hair was suddenly straight and soft. It was amazing. Everyone can't stop talking about how great my hair looks. It now takes about 5-10 minutes to do my hair instead of over an hour. I would recommend this product to anyone but caution to follow the directions to a tee and to expect your hair to be not so fabulous for the first few days until you can wash it. ### ⭐ Still Curly *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2014* Did not work at all! My hair is just as curly now as it was before I started. While waiting the 48 hours, my hair smelled horrible and was incredibly frizzy! It also took some of the color out of my red highlights. I had to buy a professional deep-conditioning treatment to fix my hair because this product dried my hair out so badly. The leave-in conditioner (that gets rinsed out, so a lot of good that does) is as runny as water. I wish there was a money-back guarantee because it was a waste of money. I realize that my hair is thick and curly and most straightening products don't completely straighten my hair but this product didn't even relax my hair. ### ⭐ Not Good at All *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2013* Let me start by saying that this product is ok. Not great, not lousy. It took about 2 hours from start to finish to apply the product correctly and my hair is still curly. The frizz seems to be lessened but my hair is definitely not straight. It's also complicated as it requires about 5 steps from beginning to end. I did have a problem with the shipping of my product, however. The seller shipped my item in a postage envelope when it required a box. I had to go to the post office and pay $5 extra dollars to receive my item. This is very upsetting since I paid postage already when the item was purchased so I paid twice. How can you not know that stuffing a huge box in a letter envelope would not work?
