This is an amazing video with lots of information to back up the evidence regarding how what you eat impacts your health.

Selbst wenn das Video leider noch zu wenig auf die Nachteile von Kochkost und allen weiteren Denaturierungs- bzw. Zerstörungsprozessen (wie bspw. Einfrieren*) eingeht, ist es aufgrund der Offenlegung wahrer Fakten bzw. aller primär auf Kommerz basierenden Hintergründe sehr sehenswert und für manchen evtl. der Anstoss endlich etwas zu ändern!Neben dem Video halte ich bspw. das Buch "Mit Toxämie fangen alle Krankheiten an" (in Englisch als pdf kostenlos erhältlich), zudem das hochinteressante Buch von ATERHOV lesenswert (ebenso als pdf zum Downloaden)!Allen Lesern die besten Wünsche in allen Lebensbereichen!(* Buchtipp: "Essen Sie gerne Tapetenkleister?")

Diese Dokumentation läuft bei mir fast in Dauerschleife, da der Informationsgehalt sehr hoch ist.Ich finde es faszinierend, dass immer mehr Ärzte dazukommen und ihre Meinung äußern. In >>Gabel statt Skalpell<< waren es noch nicht ganz so viele.
