I ended up going back to medication for sleep, but I recently started taking this chamomile tincture for anxiety and it really helps me to be calmer and focused. I find it does wear off by the evening, so sometimes I have to take a second dose. A huge selling point for me for this brand is that the chamomile tincture is alcohol-based. I have a strong sensitivity to glycerin and I cannot ingest it without getting sick. Many toothpastes and herbal extracts/tinctures use glycerin as the base (rather than alcohol). This is very problematic for me as it's not always clear which tinctures/extracts have glycerin and which ones have alcohol. This particular tincture is safe and effective for me.
