No directly the bottle's content to be put into the oil reservoir.

Do I have to drain the old power steering fluid and put this as fresh in Toyota Innova as the company says steering rack is leaking?

No need. Just suck out about 8to10 cc of the existing fluid and fill the new imported oil. It takes 6 to8 weeks if you're using your vehicle everyday. If not it may take couple of weeks more. But for sure the leak stops.

2002 4Runner with 203k with a leaking steering rack. I got a quote to replace and decided to give this a try. Had low fluid so I was able to add the whole bottle. Within a week all the leaks subsided and have not reappeared. What a great product. Saved me some serious money
