Product Warrenty registration
Bought in oct 24 and started using from Jan 25. FM has failed to work from 15 Feb 25. Booked for a service as in warranty. But here I had problem in generating invoice which was demanded by technition. There was only packing slip available as it the order was multiple items. I was directed to use desktop for printing, and to my surprise, again I was directed to the Amazon seller to generate a separate invoice. This was clumsy process. Also the serial number printed in thermal print and pasted in the bottom. Within in one month of using that was become unreadable. As I have preserved the packing carton , I could pick it from there. How ever the service provided and the FM problem resolved, by replacing a spare part. So my suggestion is for new buyers is to Ask for a separate invoice and register for the warranty immediately on receiving the product. So A separate invoice, with

Device was good, but less warranty period
Device manufacturing and functional was good. Sound quality also great, FM & stored songs are packed in one device. Device warranty period is 6 month only. After 7 month device was not powering on. I registered complaint with techincal team for service, without warranty they asking Rs.800 for service.

if you want to bring smile in your parents face or any elder's face, this will be perfect gift for them. Infact i recommend , everyone should takeout some time and hear the best melodies of our golden period by using saregama mini. This will surely make your day, this product is value for money , very reasonable price and along with lots of features which is very hard to find in any other speaker. I am very happy after receiving this product
