Can be this pbs used for qpcr?

I don't think so, you probably have to buy molecular biology grade, and even better to use the one, included into your qpcr kit

It is ph 7.4 which is standard for 1x PBS

What is the concentration of this pbs? the title says 1x, but the picture shows 10x.

American BioInnovations (ABI) sells both 1x and 10x PBS solutions through Amazon. The 10x needs to be diluted w/ pure sterile water before use. I would trust the label.
