As a plant based eater, I have taken a vegan B12 supplement for years. Recently, I ran out and was “too busy” to order more. After a couple months, I noticed having low energy especially in the afternoons and then started having heart palpitations. I went to the doctor to be safe, and confirmed that everything was good except my B12 was on the bottom end of the “normal range.” I ordered this B complex, and within less than 2 weeks of taking it daily, the palpitations were gone and energy is coming back. Lesson learned. This is a great oral supplement and seems to be very effective without any negative side effects.

I have tried many others and this complex is not only the most complete but it's a great value. B vitamins are so essential for good health and help with energy. I take mine mid -day with a snack to give me an energy boost. It's better than any energy drink! My hair has also grown in better with less Grey. Overall, if you are looking for a good quality B complex, I definitely recommend this!

UPDATE: Successfully rec'd the correct supplement today! New bottle doesn't have the sticker label on it so someone at Amazon was listening. I've been using the Fully Active B Complex for awhile now. It's a good product, works for what I need it for. Unfortunately today I received Nattokinase with a Fully Active B Complex label. As we can't return nor get a refund, finally got thru to customer service to send me another bottle. Issue is...if the wrong label is on more bottles, I (and others) will be out of luck. If the correct bottle arrives, I'll increase the stars.

After reading the reviews some people are claiming to have a bad reaction to theses B- vitamins and that they cannot take these any longer. This is a Niacin flush and is a good side effect of taking the right niacin. Vitamin B3 or niacin is a vitamin that doctors will often prescribe to decrease your cholesterol. The vitamin B-3 in these vitamins will often cause the flushing that will cause skin redness with a burning, prickly sensation. This is harmless and is actually very good for your body. This flush increases micro circulation. Look up the health benefits of micro circulation.

The niacin will flush the heck out of you about 20 mins after you take it. I thought I was having a heart attack at first until I realized that it was happening every time I took my B complex
