Harbinger 4-Inch Nylon Weightlifting Belt

I perform daily extreme fitness (Tony Horton’s P90X) and this weightlifting belt gives me the support I need to properly lift weights throughout each resistance program, and stay injury free while I get stronger and more fit. I keep one in my basement gym at home and a second one for when I travel. It works great.

I bought this brace when is started working full time at 17. Grew out of it. 20 years later I found the brand and the brace is the same quality. 10 stars works amazing .

I like using this low profile belt at the gym. I had a previous hernia and like the support and confidence the belt gives me when lifting weights. I use it all the time from workout start to finish. It is not binding, cumbersome or bulky like my leather lifting belt. I also like the infinite adjustments due to the velcro, as opposed to a buckle and hole closure.

Nice belt. It works really well and holds in place nicely. My sister in law uses the same one and she likes it also. It is true to size. I went down 1 size because I was in-between sizes and it fits well, but is on the edge. I am glad I went with the size down so I can continue to lose inches and it will be with me for a while.

Helped me get my deadlift form with less worry of back strain. Good material, locks into place not too thick. Like that I can adjust tightness for different exercises.

Great belt I’m glad I got this one! I have a 36 inch waist and there is plenty of room if I put on weight or ever lost weight, it even fits my wife, so it has a good range of size options. The Velcro is very strong, it’s very comfortable and goes together very easily. Doesn’t rip open, not even close, it has a very good hold. 5/5

I got this belt for back support while lifting weights in the gym. The belt fits well; but based on my waist size 36, the Large size was recommended. The Large turns out to be a bit small while wearing. The functionality is fine, so is the thickness. It's easy to adjust; but the velcro is too far from where it should be attached. A bit of a disappointment. I am able to work with it for now. I have to use the tight fit until my set is done, then loosen it repeatedly. I do recommend; but if you are a Large, buy the Extra Large. Always, the size bigger. The company did not advertise this product properly on Amazon.

This belt has served me well for the last few years I've had It, I've used It very consistently and surprisingly the velcro has held up and Is still extremely strong. This Isn't a tool for extremely heavy loads but moderate weight It works fantastic for stability and overall comfort.. Whether you're wearing It at work or the gym It provides a very noticeable and strong support. I personally wear It for all of my lifts and a stronger belt for very heavy squats, It helps to brace into tremendously and definitely serves Its purpose for what It is..

Cintura fantastica per il weightlifting, la uso ormai da due settimane e mi trovo benissimo, confortevole (non da fastidio durante le alzate di strappo e slancio) e dà un ottimo sostegno lombare! Consigliatissima per tutti quelli che fanno weightlifting/crossfit, ma anche per chi fa bodybuilding. Non la consiglio molto per chi fa powerlifting perché per quella disciplina è più indicata una cintura rigida, ma per la bench press la si può usare.

Ich kann den Harbinger Hebegürtel jedem empfehlen, der ernsthaft an seiner Krafttrainingsroutine arbeiten möchte.

Ceinture en nylon avec bande scratch efficace. Léger et solide. Et en plus élégant (je trouve). Je n'ai jamais essayé en contact direct avec la peau mais par dessus mon tee-shirt, c'est très confortable. Parfait pour mon usage (crossfit et musculation : squats, soulevé de terre, snatch, etc.).
