It's the loudest blender I've ever heard, the spout leaks and it takes a long time to get going. I filled it half full with frozen berries, fresh strawberries, OJ, pineapple and banana chunks. Turned it on... LOUD, but no movement. I put in more OJ, shook it... turned it on... no movement. Finally after trying several times and stiring it with a wooden spoon I was able to get it to blend. I think it goes back to getting what you paid for.
