It is a little fidgety when it comes to adjusting it but with trial and error one can get the hang of it. It is recommended to start of slow but I decided to try it on for an hour the first few times and see how it goes; suffice to say I did not feel much discomfort and I can say with a very high level of certainty that I am more conscious of the way I stand. I plan on using this for a few more weeks to see if there are further improvements.One thing that I need to make absolutely clear is that do not sit and use it the first few days, people tend to slouch when sitting thereby reducing its effectiveness. I recommend wearing it when going for a 20 min to 30 min walk. The other thing to keep in mind is to not fight it when wearing it. Push your shoulders back a bit and chest out until you feel the pressure dissipate, that is you forcing your body into correct posture. Take some time with it and be patient.
