You can feel the extremely high quality and profession right down to the packaging. It's packed well and comes with a user manual and warranty card saying that no hassle to return for a replacement if it broken during warranty. I have to say the flame adjustment was very easy as there is a folding ring with the dial, no screwdriver needed as most of other lighters. I followed up the instruction first time I used it, flipped it upside down and filled it up with butane, fill, release, fill again….. repeated several times before it’s fully filled. I love the 90 degree rotatable jetting flame head design for different occasions. The only drawback is it comes without butane, I have to buy a bottle of butane from a local shop. This could be user error from dropping it off a coffee table or the product I’m not sure.
