I have used them to meal prep a week's worth of meals for myself and my fiance and they have held up well for 4 days in the refrigerator with food in them. Our meal prep doesn't include any sauce or dressing (see picture for example of meal) so I can't say how well they hold up to those types of foods, but I can say that I have wiped the used ones clean and am storing them in the fridge so they stay dry and I am able to use them a second time.
