Nice mount for podium mic - decent isolation
Nice podium / lectern mount. Cheaper than some of the other options but mounts well and holds the mic great- using for an Audio Technica podium mic. Quality and sound isolation are good.

For a very nice price you are able to achieve Amazing Quality! Plug and olay or tune it to your mixer. Would highly recommend this mic for any event!

Very clean sound
I bought this to replace the one on the pulpit at our church because it was beginning to have some issues. This was a very simple clean install and has given a great quality of sound and pick up.

Great mic for older sound system in a small church
It replaced a flat, multi direction mic that had a lot of feedback. Just know that this mic requires soldering wires. Just 3, but soldering nonetheless. Overall great buy and great price!

Good pick up with no feedback
We have a 40 x 80 auditorium and we were having issues with feedback from regular microphones. So we bought this and it solved the issues. Really decent microphone for the price point.

Nice Mic - Good Price
This is a very good podium microphone at a very reasonable price. I've purchased similar mics that far more expensive than this one, which didn't appear to work much better. If I had a way to do an A-B comparison, I might find small differences, but for my application, (mounted on a podium for a person speaking) it works great and seems to have a lot of output without feeding back. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the lack of a convenient way to mount it. It will fit in some mic clips (not included) but it is best used with Samson's SMS1 shock mounted mic flange. Installing that requires some carpentry skills, since you have to cut a hole in the podium to mount it. That isn't always an option, especially in a portable situation.
