Dango Slim Minimalist Wallet for Men - RFID Blocking - Leather, Jet Black/Slate Grey

I am very particular about my wallet. I tend to carry my wallet on my back pocket of jeans so it have to fit just so. Otherwise, it will be uncomfortable and pain in the you know what (no pun intended). After shopping around, both on line and in stores, I didn't find anything that stands out, unique that I can identify with yet practical. I know that's a tall order but accessories such as wallet, commuter bag, jackets are things that you use on a daily basis and you want it to be practical, comfortable yet reflects your identity. The M1 Maverick wallet fits all the criteria I am looking for. I like the tactical thin and minimalist look and feel to it. Since it is designed a little different from a conventional wallet, it takes a bit getting used to but once you get over that hurdle, it is an amazing wallet. I don't like carrying a lot of cash with me, probably at most, 2 twenty dollar bills at any given time and with 4 credit cards and driver's license, this wallet is perfect for me. Since it is a minimalist wallet, it forces me to not overload my wallet with junk. Now that I know about Dango, I plan to get other models that I can switch around when I feel like it, depending on my activities. I might get one for weekend hiking trip such as the multi tool wallet which I saw on their website. Based on my research, they are a fairly new company on the wallet scene but certainly make a great impression on me. I have high hopes that they will continue to innovate and surprise me with what else they can do with a wallet. Certainly it deserves a five star ratings from my perspective as I browsed through the local Chrome, Timbuk2, Tumi and the more upscale Coach and Tiffany's men wallet...nothing stands out. But to be fair, tactical wallets are not everyone's cup of tea but I do really like the style, quality and design of this simple wallet. Great job, Dango!

I am impressed on how durable it is. I keep four cards and usually a couple bills as well as my ID on the other side and it holds it with no issue. It doesnt feel too loose and I could add more if needed. I believe the RFID blocking does work, I have an ID I have to badge in with and with the card in the wallet, I could not badge in. Overall i am impressed and would recommend it for someone looking for a durable metal wallet.

I bought this for my husband, because he was tired of carrying around a bulky wallet. I was worried about the Ease of use to get the credit cards out, But he has no issues doing this! This wallet is very Fit and the Durability is more than expected. This wallet has Protection, and the perfect Portability!

The wallet is great for toting around my most essential cards. Unfortunately this wallet really could be bigger for my needs. It’s forced me to downsize, which could be a good thing.

Hated it at first, not going to lie. but after a few weeks of using it i wouldnt go back to anything else. not great for carrying cash but i rarely do anyways. super slim doesnt even feel like i have anything in my pocket. looks bad A. love it.

So I finally decided to ditch my conventional wallet and scale down to a minimalist wallet. I did ALLOT of research and looked at tons of wallets, not wanting to waste money on a wallet I wouldnt like. When I ran across the M1 I knew it was what I'd been looking for! I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm really loving it! I currently carry about 4 card, some cash, and 3 business cards but it could definitely hold more no problem. The cards are easily accessible and the rubber band holds the cash in nicely. I wouldnt call the price point cheap, but for me it was worth every penny. And let's not forget it's made in the USA :)

Check out pictures! Paid $160 for what DANGO calls a premium chrome edition wallet with a “Limited Lifetime Coverage”. Unfortunately, as many others have stated in their reviews, the warranty is WORTHLESS. They consider the rubber band coming apart normal wear. I do not carry money or anything under the rubber band. Its band is only used to hold the metal plate in place, otherwise the plate and cards would slide out. I carry four cards in the wallet as you can see which never pulled on the rubber band. The rubber band does always rube on the metal plate when you slide it in and out which caused a very small cut that eventually went all the way through over a couple of months. When it came apart completely, I was carrying wallet in my hand. My cards fell on the sidewalk in a crowded area with many people. I was lucky that I happened to look at my wallet after only taking about 30 steps and ran back to get my cards which were all over the sidewalk with many people walking over them. I was luck and timing that I got my cards back and did not have someone going on a buying spree with them. I have had other wallets which sell for much less that lasted 7 to 10 years. I do not recommend this wallet if you want to keep your credit cards safe, IT WILL NOT! My wonderful wife ordered me another one through amazon as a surprise, but I do not feel safe using the DANGO wallets any longer and will be returning it. I do love her for the thought. I do not recommend this wallet.

This wallet is great. Keeps me from accumulating cards and looks good 6 months later.

Tolles Produkt, das Style, Minimalismus und äußerst hochwertige Haptik vereint. Man wird darauf angesprochen, da es einfach etwas besonderes ist. Einziges (kleines) Manko: Durch den Metallschuber können äußerste Karten (die vorderste und die hinterste) etwas zerkratzen. Da habe ich Karten, die keinen Magnetstreifen haben, stört mich persönlich also nicht. Bin wirklich von diesem einzigartigen Stück begeistert.
