The magnet is strong and the metal components seem pretty sturdy and well machined. That said I think at £12 i’d at-least expect a set of illustrated instructions and I’d argue the 11mm suggested drilling into the floor is too big so opted for 10mm for a little more grip. Used an off cut of wood to pre flight the install. It was helpful to see what issues I might come up against. Think a screwdriver sized cut to the head of the mounting bolt shaft for grip would have helped installation

Strong magnet solid build onto the floor. Unit in on the door is much cheaper and lighter and has started to rust after 3 weeks. I packed it with a copper washer. That could be the cause?

Boden muss massiv sein. Hohlräume z.B. unter Fliesen mit Reparaturmörtel (Kartusche) ausfüllen .

Very sturdy. Great design to install in the foundation or floor. You’ll need masonry bits and patience to drill through tile or concrete but once installed it’s awesome. A doorstop that is solid and keeps the door open you want. I have several on doors with hinge closers and full on door closers. They work great. The toughest part is installing the spring loaded portion to the door. Getting it at the right height is important and you have to remove the back to screw it in. The way I did it was using some masking tape applied to the back of the plate that attaches to the door. After you have it Unscrewed line up the spring and assembly and open the door. Let the backing get stuck to the door and now you know where you want it. This is after the post with the magnetic stop is already installed into your floor/tile/foundation.

Parece bien pero el problema para mi es que yo iba a ponerlo con cola epoxi pero el diseño esto no lo permite. Solamente puede fijarlo con tornillos y yo esto no puedo hacer ya que hay cables abajo de la baldosa porcelanica.No puedo devolverlo por que tire su caja ...(pensé que seria bien y al final nada..)
