Saved my backsplash!
Did a pretty poor grout job working on a backsplash. Try the warm sugar water method, scraping with a piece of hardwood, etc. to clean the tile up. Chemicals were a last resort but this stuff got the job done. Took some work with a Brillo pad but it stripped off everything that was left. The pic is a before on the right and after on the left. Not sure what I would have done without this stuff.

Worked well to remove grout from textured tile
Worked great to remove grout that was left behind and dried in the groves in the textured wood like tile. I used this with a small bristle brush and rinsed well. Highly recommend for cleaning up a bad grout job done by contractor!

Worked much better than the expensive stuff.
Bought this at Home Depot after an expensive haze remover didn’t work. This stuff is strong. I used a 60/40 mix (chemical/water) on a dry floor and scrubbed with white terry cloths until dry before thoroughly cleaning it all off with a mop and drying/polishing with microfiber towels. I was using MAPEI Ultracolor Plus grout.

Corrosive product leaks
Do you think you could provide a leak proof container for a corrosive product? Wouldn't that seem important? Not for this company, I brought some supplies in the house and being in a hurry set them on my wood floor, the container tipped over, and now I have hours of work ahead of me to repair it because even with the cap screwed all the way, it still leaks. Ridiculous and shameful!
