Teapigs chamomile 100g loose tea

This chamomile tea is of the german variety. Teapigs states they also test their products against pesticides which matters when it comes to what you put in your tea. Them giving back to local communities is also a plus. For those reasons above I went with this chamomile tea over others since the quality would be high, and they care about their product. The Teapigs chamomile tea arrived in a resealable bag that is sturdy, keeps odors out, and the freshness in. Tea arrived well packaged without any damage so the flowers remained in tact. Expiration listed showed three years from now and product was recently made. Photo shows the flower size and petals. Size of chamomile flowers vary, but most were on the larger size. No dust or broken flowers were noticed before and after brewing the tea. Nothing but full flowers and all. Whatever stems there are came attached to the flower so nothing of sort of broken stems added as fluff. Tea tasted sweet, warm and light, and a flowery aroma that comes from chamomile flowers. I tend to brew chamomile at near boiling temp and let it sit for 7 minutes. This tea came out tasting great and helped with falling sleep. Flowers were also tasty when eaten so there's a bonus.

Fresh Chamomile Tea! This is my second time ordering this tea. It is fresh and the taste is outstanding. I purchased some loose tea from the market, awaiting my arrival of my second order, it did not compare, AT all. I drink this tea at night to help me sleep and it works, Great. This tea will not disappoint.

This product comes in an easy-to-use resealable package. Flower heads come completely intacted so you must grind to use as a loose leaf tea but well worth that small hassle as the quality of the product is phenomenal.

Pic is flowers poured directly from the bag, no stems, dust, or debris, ONLY whole flowers! Intense, smokey, honey fragrance. VERY clean and fresh in the cup. Flowers are edible. This is what actual whole food looks like. I use the flowers generously; 100 gm makes more tea than expected.

I didn't like this product. The flowers only give you colored water; not tea. I won't buy it again. The is also very small.
