Protective sleeve protects the socket, not the wheel
This will NOT fit my TSW wheels with the protective sleeve on, so what's the point of the protective sleeve? Otherwise it's a solid tool.

Used with Gorilla lug nuts
As the title states, I used this socket with Gorilla lug nuts and everything fit like a charm. I recently purchased painted 20" wheels and saw how beat up my old wheels got from regular sockets, so I purchased this to fight against that. It works well, not a scratch on the wheel. I had no clearance issues and if you needed to the sleeve comes right off.

Not for aftermarket wheels
Not really thin walled. If you are looking for a socket for your aftermarket wheels, pass on these.

Protects your wheels but the product really could use some improvement and some better materials used. Overall for the price, its not bad

Did not fit my wheels with the sleeve on which is the whole point of this socket.

Excellent impact socket that is perfect for protecting those special wheels!
I have been using this impact socket on my truck wheels and am happy with it. The protective sleeve has done its job and the fact that it sticks out a little of the end of the socket is a crucial feature. Highly recommended!
