Love the ease of use. Be sure you store them flat so you don't have to fight a fold when you put it into the pan, though. Best thing since Pam! I have re-used them if they're not too messy, during the same baking day, but wouldn't reuse them on another day for fear of old tasting oils from the previous batch. They are pretty much use and throw out, but I did do a 2nd batch of cookies on one sheet that I had used earlier that day for another batch and had no problem. Shipped flat w/ cardboard backing, making them easy to store vertically in cabinet (if you keep the plastic wrapping around pack)Cons:1. Too thin! Reminds me of tissue paper. Only about half as thick as the brand of paper I used on a roll.2. Comes out of oven grease-soaked (never had this happen with other brand of thicker parchment paper)3.
