    A book I wish I read a decade ago

I've recommended this book to all of my friends and family because it is so relatable no matter what struggle you're going through. It is so helpful. I am not religious, but some of my family members are, and the connections to biblical teachings were so helpful to me. I can see where practicing Christians and subsequent western cultures may have been confused about the moral implications of boundry setting. This book highlights those discrepancies and gave me insight that is both useful to me and that I could share with others who practice their faith. I am very grateful for this book and I hope more people will read it.

I bought this book to learn more about healthy boundaries.  It’s ok to say no and does not determine your worth.  Codependency is a relationship breaker.  This book helps to educate the reader on how to improve their relationships.
