I love this yeast. Sick of spending lots of money for little amounts when I can buy this one! It lasts for ever fresh. Great for pizza and bread (my bag arrived damaged, so most of the content was spilled in the outside container, so I got a refund. I used what was left in the original bag and worked great). Will buy again.

I bought this because I was using a lot of yeast and it’s easy to store. I put it in the freezer in a glass jar with an airtight lid. Take out as I need would recommend.

So with this order I get fresh, live, useable yeast that not only saves me there, but also saves on the cost of store bought bagels. I have kept the bulk of the package in the freezer for years, and fill a small jar in the refrigerator for most of this year’s use. It has always worked. Go ahead and bake more kinds of bread with it, or share with someone else. There’s plenty to last for years.
