Works great with my Canon 6D and SN600SC. Using the 622C on the Canon and the YN622 trigger on the flash, I can make flash changes from the camera and not have to go to the flash to make the changes. It works great and has great range. Hope this helps. **Q: The day it will need a firmware update: how will it be possible since the Shanny's website is all in Chinese?** A: You CANNOT update the firmware DIRECTLY. You MUST buy a SN-E3-MD receiver (RT Module) which has a USB port. These are NOT available at the moment (postponed) and run ~$55.00 USD. I have never seen ANY firmware updates posted for this flash. It hasn't needed it that I'm aware of: I own one. It's been a great flash (for the money) so far. **Q: does yongnuo 622ctx works fine with this flash? PLEASE: i ask about yn622cTX NOT yn622c. I really enjoy this flash, it really puts out a lot of light. I like the articulation of the head, it makes it easy to bounce. i also use it off camera with the shanny e-ttl remote triggers. it works well with my soft box. The stand is pretty neat. The padded case is very nice. the lever lock hot shoe is nice for super quick on and off. The manual (if you want to call it that) is just a folded sheet with instructions written by a non English speaker (no idea why they do that). It's a bit of a challenge, but you can figure everything out. There also doesn't seem to be a web site for these folks.
