I contacted ASLAM via Amazon messaging asking if they could send me a new plastic piece. I got a response in less than 24 hours. Although I told them that losing the piece was my fault and I didn't think it was fair to them to return the blades due to my carelessness, they responded that they'd send me an entire new pair of front wiper blades!I reciprocated by purchasing a set of new blades of the rear window.
