The QR link to video installation helped but again was missing the tension cable install component. I had to go to Herman Miller / Aeron web site to find the correct installation instructions with pictures / videos.

A: Don’t waste your time…I returned it as soon as I sat on it.  And never got my money back.
Take note this a refurbished product.  The leg rest is not Herman Miller, and it’s too small.  You feel like you are going to topple over.
Save a couple more dollars and buy the real deal.

No. The plastic housing is broken underneath. And this looks like a used item as well and it’s not mentioned anywhere on the product. I am going to return it.
