Is the pull rope already installed into the recoil starter? It appears from one of the photos that the pull rope may be packaged separately...

It comes with the rope installed with a handle and also comes with a spare rope

Will it fit troybilt generator

The only thing I know for sure is it fits my Champion generator and it will not work on Briggs and Straton engine different bolt pattern. Hope this helps.

Will this fit the predator 79cc motor?

I don't think so because it is made to fit a much larger predator 212. If it's perfectly on the predator 212.
