Waterproof but is very uncomfortable
Strap is too stiff and cuts into the top of my shoulder. Wore it all day fishing carrying only three medium sized fly boxes and have a very stiff and sore neck. Thought at first it was from the weight of the bag, but in looking at it today, the strap is board-stiff (no pun intended).
