yes, it is the master pin hole detective, bar none.

Does this include the 6" needle attachment for the syringe?

If the leak is on the steps will it show?

Used this on 500 gallon hot tub. Didn’t tint the water enough to find the leak.

Will this dye react to UV light to see it easier? I want to trace where the leak is coming from, from beneath my tub.

When you squirt this in the water near the leak, it forms a faint blue cloud in the water and you need to see it getting sucked out through the leak point. Hard to do with this dye.
