A: Hi there. I believe that the dates you are referring to are an estimate that shows before an address is specified on the order. It could take up to 28 days to reach a place like, say,  Guam, which explains why the range is so large.  It’s typically 4–8 days to ship to New Jersey via USPS.  I hope I've been of help.
