Does the job. Make sure you have enough time to get adequate sleep or you'll feel groggy when you wake up.

A great balance between melatonin and the strong meds.
Very hard to express how much I love this product! Less strong than unisolm ( that stuff made me feel crazy the next day) and Iām left non drowsy the next day. Fast acting! When I got pregnant I had no trouble stopping- non habit forming I didnāt have to use every day. My brain is very racy and active at night so it helped settle me and I got the rest I needed.

Only work for two nights.
Works just like Benadryl because it IS Benedryl. I can only use them two days in a row because I become immune after two days but the days Iusethem, sleep is beautiful.

It works for me!
After seeing this sleep aid advertised, I had to try it. After trying to get at least 5 hours of sleep, I was able to get 7 and 8 hours. I would recommend it. I told two friends and they both ordered some.

This product works!!! . Taken on an empty stomach, this product works within 30 minutes to less than an hour. You must allow adequate time in bed greater than 7 hours or more. You will feel groggy throughout the day if you go to bed late and wake up early (obviously). Highly recommended by far the best product on the market
